Who we are:
Access Partnership is the world’s leading tech policy consultancy. We advise corporates on how to bring emerging technologies to market and support governments in developing fair and effective regulatory frameworks that enable all stakeholders to benefit. Our firm uniquely combines expertise in public policy, economics, and strategic communications to deliver impactful outcomes. Beyond project execution, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and client-centricity through direct mentorship and focus on problem solving.
You will proactively drive the growth of the practice by identifying emerging policy trends and converting them into commercial opportunities across new and existing client accounts. You will maintain a high level of external engagement and be visible to current and potential clients. Leveraging your professional network, you will engage with key political stakeholders, industry bodies, and media figures to position the firm at the forefront of the public discourse. You will be responsible for spearheading the pursuit of new business, leading the creation of compelling proposals and delivering high-impact pitches that articulate a clear, strategic vision.

Strong policy and advocacy expertise, including policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications
Proven ability to navigate complex client environments and manage both internal and external challenges
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct reports and/or leading discrete project teams
