You will work alongside some of industry’s most influential thought leaders and be responsible for delivering client objectives and helping to grow the practice in all regions of the world.
As HR Business Partner, based in Singapore you will partner with our APAC management team to develop and deliver strategies that drive the region’s employee engagement, organisation capability and the end-to-end employee journey. Reporting to our Head of People Experience based in London you will take the lead on key global projects to help our growth journey. The role will suit someone with strong generalist HR experience and exceptional coaching and leadership development skills who is looking to be part of an agile, high growth consultancy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the APAC senior team, acting as their primary point of contact for all people related issues. Build a deep understanding of the company strategy and priorities in your business area
- Develop and deliver initiatives that drive the region’s employee engagement and organisation capability
- Lead the change management of global people related initiatives
- Provide developmental support, coaching and direction to managers and employees to develop expertise and capability
- Manage the region’s end to end employee process with a focus on onboarding, talent and development
- Partner with employees and managers to ensure development and succession planning is in place to achieve strategic priorities and to support individuals in their career development goals
- Provide expert advice on people processes and policies to ensure they are best in class and globally consistent
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Managers to establish a robust recruitment and selection process, taking into account diversity and inclusion attraction techniques
- Help establish our APAC Employer Brand to attract the best and brightest candidates
- Lead global employee engagement projects as agreed with the Head of People Experience
What we’re looking for
- Experience working as an HR Business Partner, Generalist or Consultant
- An excellent communicator with a track record in building effective relationships with senior teams as well as in coaching and developing managers
- Ability to work both regionally and globally to influence business performance and to understand which elements should be dealt with at which level
- Understands and can deliver a best practice HR service and employee experience
- Up to date knowledge of APAC employment legislation and practice
- Proactive, highly organised and able to work flexibly in order to meet deadlines with a drive to deliver results
