The opportunity
We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager, ideally with a relevant degree or qualifications (i.e. CIPD) and ideally some experience in a legal or professional services background, or a growing technology company to join our HR team.
Taking a leading role in a busy talent development team, the Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for delivering on a broad range of talent priorities, focussing on company-wide learning and development provision and on supporting individual teams to structure their own development offerings.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, passionate and commercially minded individual who is keen to immerse themselves in a fast-paced environment.

What you can expect to be doing
- Design our long-term L&D strategy, initiate and lead projects to achieve a well-rounded, impactful and measurable programme at all levels and enable us to achieve our goal of being the best and the biggest technology policy company
- Deliver and Manage our L&D offering across the company
- Partner with senior internal stakeholders to define individual approaches and offerings for different teams across the globe and ensure all individuals have a tailored career development plan
- Develop our intern learning programme to enable us to grow our own talent
- Maintain, curate and develop the offering of online technical and non-technical content (LinkedIn Learning, webinars, e-learning etc.)
- Promote the training, learning and development offering through creative and impactful communications
- Enhance and improve our competency frameworks and career development pathways
What you will bring
- Previous experience in a learning and development or talent management role, ideally in a professional services environment or a growing technology company
- Relevant degree or qualification (CIPD, L&D, organisational psychology etc.)
- Significant experience designing, delivering development strategies evaluating activities
- Proven track record of leading on and delivering projects in a complex, fast-paced environment with high growth
- Proficiency with, or desire to learn, e-learning authoring tools
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong communication skills and excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to gain credibility at all levels
- Another language would be a plus
