Content Manager

We seek an exceptional Content Manager in London or Singapore to serve as a written editor of outbound company communications.  The role demands a very high level of English-language writing and editing skills, across various formats, from large technical reports to political op-eds. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals.

What you can expect to be doing

  • Serve as editor of written outbound products. 
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts.
  • Develop presentational and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain, develop, and communicate the company style guide to ensure consistency with company values and brand. 
  • Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
  • Manage company and client campaign websites as required. 
  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members. 
  • Work in tandem with the wider marketing function.

What you will bring

Essential

  • Exceptional written grammatical skills in English
  • Previous experience producing product content and improving results
  • Undergraduate degree in a social science or humanities subject
  • Ability to provide and assimilate constructive feedback to colleagues from all levels
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of and interest in international current affairs
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to grasp new concepts

Desirable

  • Experience across a number of web platforms, including WordPress and MediaWiki
  • Experience undertaking political research or commercial intelligence
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Fluency in another language
